  • Facilitate Compliance Control Self Assessments
  • Compliance monitoring .
  • Advise on the development of Annual Compliance Plans – factoring all relevant assurance providers.

  • Negotiate and provide advice on business contracts.
  • Monitor and issue guidelines on new key legislation.
  • Provide advice and support on Mergers & Acquisition matters.
  • Provide advice and support to foreign African Operations
  • Chair/Mediate disciplinary hearings.
  • Provide general legal advice

B-BBEE ADVISORY & STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

  • Facilitate implementation of ED initiatives, tracking the spend and reporting on progress status of implementation
  • Conduct independent monitoring of all contracts that contain ESD obligations
  • Assists multi-nationals with structuring of the Equity Equivalent Programmes for DTI approval, as a method for ownership

PROJECT MANAGEMENT REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

  • Provide regulatory compliance advisory services for small medium and large projects in compliance with the Project Management Lifecycle Process
  • Contractor Compliance Risk Management
  • Ensure implementation of Project Governance (Owner Requirements Specs, Feasibility Report, Business Case, Project Execution Plan).
  • Conduct regulatory project gate reviews (Project Assurance)
